As an Investacorp Help Desk Specialist, your primary responsibilities would include performing diverse and various tasks related to the research, verification and resolution of inquiries generated by Investacorp reps/clients. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Work with consulting and internal resources to lead ABAP development
- Lead production support of ABAP Objects for FI-CO and HR modules. Develop forms, reports, interfaces, screens and SAP extensions using ABAP or SAP technology
- Contribute to the assessment, design and development of SAP related business and/or technical requirements and solutions
- Use expertise and strong analytical skills to lead and support SAP application and software integration projects and recommend a strategy for implementation
- Communicate with non-technical and technical colleagues and customers
- Identify and promote the use of best practices and define SAP development processes, policies, standards and procedures
- Mentor team members

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service is a plus
- Knowledge of Web Dynpro, BSP Development, ABAP Objects and workflow programming is a plus
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to develop and execute plans and accomplish goals successfully
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, service oriented environment
